What we keep, and who can see it

The free snapshot
Your twelve answers are stored with a random link so you can come back to them. We don't attach a name or email unless you ask us to email your results, in which case we keep your email to send that and, if you opt in, a few follow-up notes. Unsubscribe any time by replying.
The couple's assessment
Each partner has their own account and their own answers. Your partner can see your six domain scores and the questions where your answers differ. A small number of sensitive questions are marked private: they are never shown to your partner. Only you, and a pastor you choose to share with, can see them.
Sharing with a pastor is off by default. When you create a share link, any approved pastor who opens it can see both partners' results, including the private items, until you turn sharing off.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of the purchase (amount, date, and the email Stripe reports) so we can support you.
Pastors
Applications are reviewed by hand. We keep the church, role, and contact details you provide so we can verify ministry roles and reach you. Couples who open your snapshot link or share their results with you are listed in your portal.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't share assessment answers with anyone you haven't chosen.
Deleting your data
Email hello@beforeandforever.org from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and answers.
